General

Use of this website and participation in the activities of Desert Experience - EzRaider Gush Etzion ("the Business") are subject to the terms below. Booking or participating in an activity constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Participation and safety requirements

  • Driving an EzRaider is permitted from age 16 and up. No driver's license is required.
  • Minors participate with the approval and accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Participation is conditional on receiving a full safety briefing and signing a health declaration / participation form on site.
  • Helmets are mandatory, and participants must follow the guides' instructions throughout the activity.
  • The activity is not recommended for pregnant women or for people with back, heart or dizziness conditions. If in doubt, consult a doctor and let us know in advance.
  • The Business may stop the participation of anyone who does not follow the safety instructions, without a refund.
  • Damage caused to a vehicle by use contrary to the instructions may be charged to the participant.

Bookings, cancellations and changes

  • Activities are booked by phone or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.
  • The Business may cancel or postpone an activity due to extreme weather or security/operational circumstances. In such a case, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
  • Please arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Significant delays may shorten the activity.

Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images and the logo, is the property of the Business and may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.

Photography

Photos may be taken during activities for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in our publications, please tell our team on site and we will respect it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
